What happens at the end of my trial?
We'll give you a heads up when your trial is almost over. At that point, you can upgrade to a paid plan or continue using TimeKat at the Freelancer level.
What are you all about?
TimeKat is all about making managing projects and time simple. We adamantly believe that you should be able to spend most of your time doing what you love and less of what you don't.
What does it mean to be a beta tester?
We love our users, especially our beta users. As a beta tester, you'll receive a 60 day free trial at the professional level, a discount for 20% off any paid version of TimeKat for as long as you keep your account and when you send us a mailing address, we'll send over some seriously sweet swag.
We are building TimeKat by putting people and teams like yours first and we want you to help create TimeKat. During the beta period, you may be contacted by a user researcher to check in and see how your experience is going to find out what you like and what you might not like. This is completely voluntary and you are by no means obligated to participate but we'd love to hear your voice to improve Timekat.
Can I cancel my membership at any time?
Yes. We would be super sad to see you go, but we get it! No cancellation fees will be applied as long as you cancel 5 days before the next month’s billing cycle. We would truly appreciate your feedback and hear why you're cancelling, that way we can learn from you and improve TimeKat.
Is there a mobile app?
We are working on creating a great mobile app but our current focus is currently on building a fantastic web app.
